As an accomplished sales person, you are eager to work with a world leading Talent Management brand with the scope to attract and build on a range of multinational clients. Your experience allows you to understand the market, the client needs and identify B2B SaaS sales opportunities in the mid-market segment. As a phenomenal listener and confident presenter, you are adept at engaging a wide range of audiences and are comfortable overseeing and negotiating client contracts.
This role will be based in our Melbourne or Sydney office.
Be part of a collaborative cross functional team that will support driving growth in our Mid-Market (Express) offering.
Responsible for the end to end sales cycle (lead generation through to sales closure).
Grow and execute on sources for qualified sales leads
Maintain a high level of both market and PageUp knowledge
Keep in regular contact with the target market through attending networking events, outbound calling initiatives and setting up regular meetings.
Market focus will be generating new business across clients sized from 500-1500 employees selling the broader value proposition of Unified Talent Management.
Lead new business relationships and ensure an effective handover to our Client Delivery Team upon successful conclusion of the sales process.
A bit about you
You have at least 3-4 years of sales experience in a B2B environment (SaaS or HR domain is highly desirable)
You thrive on fast paced volume, dynamic sales, and providing out of the box solutions.
Consistently close new business on or above quota
You naturally be dedicated and self-motivated and take ownership of your work
You have a solid C-level presentation and communication skills
- Preferably you would have an understanding of the HCM competitive landscape and PageUp's solution and its value to prospects
